Shipping, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Sewer Assassin. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely informed about our shipping, cancellation, return, and refund procedures. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order size, and shipping requirements.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email containing your shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates only. Sewer Assassin is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time the order is placed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Sewer Assassin as soon as possible.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. If the payment transaction can be voided before it has been processed and settled by our payment processor, the full purchase amount will be canceled or refunded.
If the payment transaction has already been processed and settled, any payment processing fees that are not refunded to Sewer Assassin by the payment processor will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
Sewer Assassin does not profit from this deduction. The amount withheld represents the actual non-refundable payment processing fee incurred as a result of the original transaction.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to the return provisions below.
RETURNS
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must contact Sewer Assassin before returning any product to request return authorization.
- Products must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- Products must include all original components, accessories, instructions, packaging, and materials.
- Products that have been installed, used, altered, modified, damaged after delivery, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Sewer Assassin or the product was received damaged or defective.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for returns that are not the result of a Sewer Assassin error, damaged shipment, or defective product.
Please do not return products without first contacting Sewer Assassin for return authorization.
FOGTRACE MACHINES
Because FogTrace machines are equipment products, returned machines must be complete and in new, unused, and resalable condition to qualify for a standard return.
FogTrace machines that have been used, filled with fog fluid, altered, modified, damaged, or returned with missing parts, accessories, remotes, hoses, fittings, packaging, or other originally supplied components may be refused for return or may be subject to a deduction from the refund based on the loss in value.
A FogTrace machine that is believed to be defective should not be returned without first contacting Sewer Assassin. We may request information, photographs, video, or basic troubleshooting information to help determine the cause of the issue and the appropriate resolution.
FOG FLUID & OTHER CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS
Opened or partially used fog fluid, chemicals, pest-control consumables, or other products that cannot reasonably be resold after opening are non-returnable unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact Sewer Assassin as soon as possible after delivery.
Please retain the product, shipping carton, packaging materials, and shipping label. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to document shipping damage and assist with a carrier claim.
If Sewer Assassin determines that an item was damaged during shipment, defective upon receipt, or shipped incorrectly, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless a return is due to our error or an item that arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning merchandise. Sewer Assassin is not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
REFUNDS
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from our error or an item that arrived damaged or defective.
For customer-requested cancellations or returns, any original payment processing fees that are not returned to Sewer Assassin by the payment processor may be deducted from the refund.
Please allow additional time after a refund is issued for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If an order is returned to Sewer Assassin because the customer refused delivery or provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any carrier fees incurred.
Any refund issued for such an order may be reduced by these costs and any non-refundable payment processing fees actually incurred.
LARGE, WHOLESALE & SPECIAL ORDERS
Large-volume, wholesale, distributor, specially priced, custom, or special-order purchases may be subject to separate cancellation and return terms provided at the time of purchase.
Special-order or custom products may be non-returnable once production or customization has begun.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have a question or concern regarding an order, cancellation, return, or refund, please contact Sewer Assassin before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate order issues promptly.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law or the rules of their card issuer.
POLICY CHANGES
Sewer Assassin reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. The policy in effect at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
