WARRANTY
Products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original retail purchase. We will not process returns or issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail stores. If you purchased our product from a distributor or retail partner, the return of such product is subject to that distributor’s or retail partner’s return policy.
What is Covered:
- Defects in manufacturing, including faulty components or assembly issues.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation.
- Cosmetic damage from normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
RETURNS
A Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”) must be issued prior to returning the product. Please email [email protected] or call 602-702-1018 and provide the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone
- Date of Purchase
- Product Name/Number
- Reason for Return
- Order Number
Upon receipt of RA Number, please send the product(s) to:

- RA Number must be on the outside of return package
- Proof of purchase should be placed inside of package
- Products received without an RA Number and required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
- Products must be in new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Sewer Assassin reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
- You have up to 30 days from Sewer Assassin issuing your RA Number to return the product to us.
- Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be initiated.
